Initially he did not acknowledge me after exiting my vehicle and approaching the area for assistance. However when 'another' customer pulled in and existed, he made sure to acknowledge he'll assist the next person in line. He did recover and provided great service thereafter but I believe it was because of the look of audacity on my face of what had just transpired. I have been coming here for 5yrs and love the prior service but I will gladly move on if need be.

The service reps lie to your face don’t call you back and the service lies to back up the service reps as far as the technicians they are very good

Brian is knowledgeable, kind, and always responsive. He saw me late on a Friday to help me secure a Trailblazer from inventory after hearing about the 25% tariffs that were coming the next week. With his help I got the car I wanted the next business day.

I had an issue with a used vehicle I had purchased. Heiser couldn't diagnose this issue correctly so they sent it across the street to another dealership. The next dealership couldn't get me in for 3 weeks or so and Heiser refused to give me a rental. Now we're on week 3 and it was diagnosed that my Jeep needs a camshaft that there is no eta on. At 39 years old with 2 kids and a wife I'll probably be purchasing 4 vehicles in the next 20 years... The way this turned out I will not be dealing with Heiser again...

The dealer was super supportive and patient. Outside of that my sales person Cesar was super pleasant

I purchased a 2021 Silverado 1500 brand new from this dealership. The salesperson sold me an extended warranty that I was told was with General Motors. This turns out to not have been the case and now I don't have the required information to get a repair covered under the warranty. The shady sales tactics and poor communication with the company has really soured my opinion of the entire Heiser organization. I do not remember the salesperson and I was forced to pick one. This is not a reflection on that person.

Very prompt courteous didn't try to sell me things I did not need would recommend it and will be back for my next Oil Change

Had trouble with another representative who didn't order the needed parts. I came to service appointment and the needed parts weren't there and didn't get the promised call when parts were in. Liam got everything lined up and completed.

Always like them in the past for their quick service. However, not this time. Early for my appointment but it took me over two hours for a routine maintenance. People came before and after me and I was still waiting. Not very happy!

Vehicle was provided to dealership, and checked in by service writer on Tuesday evening for a Weds appointment (only a couple hour job). Never received a phone call for follow-up. At end of business I got a ride to dealership and they never even brought truck in for service, then wanted to have it again following day. No loaner available.
Appointment was rescheduled for following week. The work was completed but they expierenced difficulty in getting a new keypad programmed to the vehicle. Needed to keep vehicle overnight for another day. No loaner offered.

Had a check engine light come active during the weekend. When I arrived the light had cleared, they hooked up to the truck and found no issues currently. They said if the light returns to just come in as quick as possible, no appointment need to see what the issue is. I greatly appreciate the help.

We were greeted in a friendly and professional manner. We were not pressured to make and immediate purchase. Great selection of vehicles that we were looking for.

Last minute oil change. Was told they did a multi point inspection and all was good. I know for a fact I needed wiper blades. Already had bought them just not installed. Clearly they not inspect the wipers or they would have said you need wipers and offer to sell me new ones. I was expecting this. If they didn't inspect the wipers what else was just marked good??

I was very disappointed with my service since you didn't fix the problem. I had a early morning appointment but apparently you worked on other cars and didn't devote the time needed to fix it. My husband had scheduled an appointment a few months ago and when he arrived they said it would be a hour to an hour an a half wait, he left. Not sure if I will continue to bring my car in anymore. I bought it there and have been very happy with it, but the service is a different story.

I've always used them for service since I bought this car the art great at getting my appointment when I have time.

The gentleman idea was in the service department was absolutely wonderful. Supply trailblazer to Lake Chevrolet. They said they fixed the problem, but never did. Your tech found the problem and resolved it thank you for your great team.

Leigh was fantastic through the ENTIRE process. I found a car that I loved, and she made me feel so comfortable throughout.
