Was told "15-20 minutes" quite a few times for when my car would be ready by. Got a call at 1:30 they just started looking at my car when my appt was for 11:30. Asked twice for a detailed estimate so I could see what I was paying for, still have not received said estimate of cost, and stated I won't get my car fixed if they can't be upfront about where the cost breakdown is. Finally had to tell them I had to leave to pick up my kid 1 1/2 hours after the last "your car should be ready in 15-20"

We were told that the interest rate would be 2.99%. When we received the paperwork from GM Finance, the rate was 6.9%. There was a miscommunication that we're not happy about. Now we are considering taking money out of our retirement funds to pay off this loan.
